Engineering and Turn-Key Design Build Projects 
RM Techcon Construction, LLC and our team member Wheaton Engineering & Environmental Science, LLC are very familiar with Gulf Coast design conditions and have completed designs for Central Chiller Plants, Education Facilities, Laboratories, Medical Facilities, and Specialized renovation projects throughout the region. We have had extensive design and construction experience with thermal energy systems, medical equipment, commercial kitchen equipment, commercial laundry equipment, state-of-the-art DDC controls, specialized lighting systems and laboratory equipment systems.
RM Techcon Construction, LLC staff personnel have considerable specialized design and hands-on construction experience with Specialized Dehumidification Systems and building decontamination. 
Staff engineers have developed unique processes for the long term decontamination and atmospheric control of buildings utilized to provide a total restoration. The firm has presented programs on design and restoration processes, including a series on building humidity controls at the 2001 CFPE National Conference.
