The materials involved in these projects range from heavy metals and chlorinated hydrocarbons to turpentine, even dynamite in one case. RMTC utilizes outside experts to deal with particularly unusual or dangerous materials to insure that all possible safeguards are employed.
Mold and Indoor Air Quality Projects: RM Techcon Construction, LLC (RMTC) experience with mold testing and remediation started in 1989 with projects for a major Hotel Corporation. Since that time RMTC has provided valuable input on an extensive number of Indoor Air Quality solutions. The Firm currently performs a full battery of air testing services including bio-areocel, Anderson-n6, culture swab, smoke, cme cartridge, wall-check, and V.O.C. All public facilities should have a documented Indoor Air Quality policy and control plan in the current "mold" Political climate. Phase I, II, and II Environmental Site Assessment: RM Techcon Construction, LLC (RMTC) has provided Phase I environmental studies for several years. We subscribe to a hazardous site-reporting database to expedite reports. RM Techcon Construction, LLC has provided Phase I and subsequent Phase II and II testing for a wide range of facilities including industrial plant sites, retail spaces, office complexes, apartment complexes, bank buildings, and raw land sites. Spill Prevention, NPDES, Storm Water Discharge: RM Techcon Construction, LLC (RMTC) has completed spill prevention studies and prepared plans for the control of aviation fuel and hydrocarbon material run off. The firm has prepared designs to NPDES standards for fuel transfer operations and bulk storage facilities. Our storm water discharge work includes retainage, topographical flow calculations and hazardous material containment. |
